  1. Synopsis:
  2.    set verbose_ctcp [on|off|toggle]
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    When turned on, this will cause the client to display a message whenever
  6.    it receives a CTCP message, saying what kind it is and who is it from.
  7.    If turned off, the user will not be informed when the client receives a
  8.    CTCP request.
